The Role of Data Architect

TCS is seeking a Data Architect to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with extensive experience in data warehousing and data architecture, focusing on designing and implementing robust data solutions. The Data Architect will be instrumental in developing and managing enterprise data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW).
• Develop and manage data integration, data migration, and ETL frameworks.
• Apply expertise in Oracle Database, including SQL and PL/SQL, for data management.
• Utilize Informatica PowerCenter for various data operations.
• Implement data modeling techniques such as Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Dimensional Modeling.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and metadata management best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in Data Warehousing and Data Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimensional Modeling).
• Proven experience in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) design and implementation.
• Expertise in Data Integration, Data Migration, and ETL frameworks.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
• Experience with banking or financial services data environments is preferred.
