About the Role

Qureos is seeking a Dean of Engineering to provide strategic and academic leadership for the College of Engineering in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing academic programs, faculty performance, research initiatives, accreditation processes, and student success within the college. The Dean ensures the continuous development and quality of engineering programs align with the University's strategic objectives and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the College of Engineering and its academic programs.
• Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance standards.
• Promote research, innovation, and industry partnerships.
• Enhance student experience, academic quality, and graduate employability.
• Manage the College's budget and academic resources.
• Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires a strong understanding of academic leadership principles and the ability to manage complex educational environments effectively.

Work Setting
