About the Role

Qureos is seeking a Dean of Engineering to provide strategic and academic leadership for its College of Engineering. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with extensive experience in academic leadership.

Role Overview

The Dean of Engineering will oversee academic programs, faculty performance, research initiatives, accreditation processes, and student success within the College. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the continuous development and quality of engineering programs, aligning them with the University’s strategic objectives and current industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the College of Engineering and its academic programs.
• Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance standards.
• Promote research, foster innovation, and establish industry partnerships.
• Enhance student experience, maintain academic quality, and improve graduate employability.
• Manage the College’s budget and allocate academic resources effectively.
• Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in an academic setting.
• Strong understanding of engineering education, research, and accreditation processes.
