About the Role

Qureos is seeking a Dean of IT to provide strategic and academic leadership for the College of Information Technology. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience. The Dean will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, faculty performance, research initiatives, accreditation processes, and student success within the College.

Role Overview

The Dean of IT ensures the continuous development and quality of IT programs. This role involves aligning the College's offerings with the University's strategic objectives and current industry requirements, fostering an environment of academic excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the College of IT and its academic programs effectively.
• Develop and implement academic strategies and plans that support the College's mission.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all accreditation and quality assurance standards.
• Promote research, innovation, and foster collaboration with the technology industry.
• Enhance student experience, maintain academic quality, and improve graduate employability.
• Manage the College's budget and allocate academic resources efficiently.
• Represent the College in various internal and external academic and professional engagements.
