Role Overview: Delivery Manager BT Technical Changes

CodeNinja Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager BT Technical Changes to manage technical change delivery for a prominent Saudi banking client. This full-time position, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focuses on operational and production-facing responsibilities, including emergency fixes, production fixes, patches, upgrades, and infrastructure, network, and security changes. The role requires strict change governance and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within a live banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and govern the end-to-end delivery of technical changes.
• Coordinate production releases, emergency fixes, and urgent incidents.
• Oversee change governance, release readiness, and implementation controls.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain production stability.
• Coordinate with various teams including Change Management, Production Support, Infrastructure, Application Support, Security, and Operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical change or release delivery within a production banking or large enterprise environment.
• Strong operational delivery and production environment experience.
• Mandatory: PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Mandatory: Proven experience managing production releases and emergency/urgent fixes under SLA pressure.
• Mandatory: Direct experience with change governance and implementation controls in a live production environment.

Desired Skills and Certifications

• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Prior experience in banking or other regulated production environments.
• Exposure to incident management alongside change management.
