The Role: Dental Operations Officer

The Dental Operations Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for the daily oversight of dental services, ensuring efficient clinic workflows, high-quality patient care, and adherence to both clinical and administrative standards within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for all dental services.
• Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics related to dental operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Manage budgets and implement cost controls within dental operations.
• Implement process improvements that align with organizational goals and standards.
