About the Role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Department Manager to oversee the Fine Jewellery & Watches department in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a similar management capacity.

Role Overview

The Department Manager will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the Fine Jewellery & Watches department within the boutique. This role involves leading a team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and contributing to the department's overall performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Fine Jewellery & Watches department.
• Collaborate with area managers to optimize stock level utilization.
• Participate in the development of the purchase plan.
• Ensure team adherence to established ordering and transfer procedures.
• Support the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing annual budgets for the network.
• Monitor daily sales performance against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising teams for store openings, closings, and renovations.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and business partners to facilitate partnerships.
• Attend management meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Division Manager.
• Ensure the delivery of the highest level of customer service.

Team Management and Development

• Manage, engage, and guide the team reporting to the position.
• Set objectives and budgets for team members and ensure their successful achievement.
• Responsible for coaching and training team members.
• Identify and address customer needs to meet and exceed expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant management experience. A proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and contribute to strategic planning is essential for this role.
