DesignOps Consultant

About the Role

MRP-Global is seeking a DesignOps Consultant to support the establishment of a significant Customer Experience project for an industry leader in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with an initial engagement period of 12 months, commencing in October/November.

Role Context and Purpose

This is a strategic role focused on coordinating design operations within a large-scale program. The successful candidate will be instrumental in setting up the operational framework for the UX/UI team responsible for system design. The position requires full-time presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate design operations across the entire program.
• Support the development and implementation of the operating model for the UX/UI team.
• Establish governance frameworks for design processes.
• Define and implement tooling strategies for the design team.
• Develop and integrate design rituals to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Design Operations or a related strategic design role.
• Proven experience in setting up and coordinating design operations for large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to establish operating models, governance, tooling, and rituals for UX/UI teams.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract position for an initial duration of 12 months. The role is based full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the project scheduled to commence in October/November.
