Job Description
Role Overview
RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Digital Governance Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a Senior Manager who will lead Governance and Project Management Office (PMO) functions, specifically within large-scale Telecom Transformation programs. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks to ensure program success and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Governance and PMO function across the transformation program.
- Manage and coach an experienced team responsible for program governance, reporting, planning, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.
- Oversee executive governance forums, including the preparation for Steering Committee meetings and senior client reporting.
- Consolidate program performance data to provide clear visibility of priorities, risks, and required decisions.
- Challenge workstream leads and drive actions through to successful resolution.
- Coordinate effectively across client teams, vendors, and service providers.
- Act as a senior point of contact for the client regarding overall program performance and governance matters.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Strong experience leading Governance and PMO functions within large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing and developing an experienced PMO or governance team.
- A consulting background with at least 5 years of experience.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Telecom industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated exposure to senior and C-level client stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery partners in a complex project environment.
Work Environment and Location
This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must either be Saudi-based or willing to travel to Saudi Arabia for the majority of the working week to fulfill the role's requirements.
