Job Description

About Tradeics

Tradeics is developing an AI-powered B2B Trade Operating System designed to connect buyers, suppliers, experts, and financiers on a single platform for B2B commerce, procurement, payments, and business services.

The Role: Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

Tradeics is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for building the digital infrastructure to acquire B2B suppliers efficiently. The specialist will be accountable for key performance indicators related to supplier acquisition and activation, focusing on building and optimizing the systems that drive these results. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and offers competitive compensation with a performance-based component.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supplier Lead Generation: Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns targeting B2B suppliers across search, social, email, messaging, retargeting, SEO, referral, and partnership channels. Success will be measured by qualified and activated suppliers, not traffic.
  2. Performance Marketing: Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, keyword research, and ad copy in both Arabic and English. This includes budget allocation, bidding, A/B testing, and scaling effective strategies while quickly discontinuing underperforming ones based on evidence.
  3. Landing Pages and Conversion: Develop and test landing pages segmented by supplier type. Improve value propositions, calls to action, forms, and registration flows, with a focus on mobile optimization. Implement a continuous conversion rate optimization program.
  4. Automation and Lead Nurturing: Build email and messaging sequences, reminders, and retargeting efforts for leads that do not register immediately. Create content designed to guide suppliers from initial interest to registration and activation.
  5. CRM and Sales Handoff: Ensure every lead is captured with its source, campaign, and segment. Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Supplier Onboarding Program, to build lead scoring and facilitate quick, clean lead handoffs to sales. Analyze lost leads to inform future targeting and messaging strategies.
  6. Analytics and Attribution: Set up comprehensive tracking from the first click to supplier activation. Develop dashboards to monitor supplier origins, acquisition costs, and progression through the funnel. Provide management with clear recommendations for future investment based on data.

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Qualified supplier leads and cost per qualified lead.
  • Conversion rates from lead to registration and from registration to activation.
  • Number of activated suppliers generated through marketing efforts.
  • Acquisition cost and return on investment by channel.
  • Landing page conversion rates.

Metrics such as followers, impressions, and likes are not considered success measures for this position.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a growth operator focused on numbers, not a content creator. This role requires an experimental approach, with the ability to test rapidly, measure results accurately, and discontinue ineffective strategies. Candidates should be self-sufficient, capable of setting up tracking and building pages independently without reliance on external agencies. A commercial mindset is essential, demonstrated by the ability to analyze spending, activated suppliers, acquisition costs, and future budget allocation.

Application Process

Interested candidates should apply through LinkedIn with their CV. Please include a brief description of a lead generation campaign you managed, detailing the budget, number of leads, cost per lead, and the number of customers acquired.
