About the Role

Career Bloc is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This role is with a fast-scaling IT services firm that specializes in delivering next-generation digital transformation solutions across Saudi Arabia. The company serves enterprise clients in the finance, healthcare, and government sectors, focusing on areas such as cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI-driven automation. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Context and Objectives

The marketing team is structured to drive brand growth, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration. This role will be instrumental in executing smart digital campaigns, leveraging real-time analytics and conversion science to achieve these objectives. The focus is on building a data-obsessed marketing function within a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to generate qualified leads for IT service offerings.
  • Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to enhance organic visibility for high-intent B2B keywords related to cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Design and automate email nurture flows using platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp to guide leads through the sales funnel, from initial awareness to demo booking.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure messaging alignment, create effective landing pages, and conduct A/B testing on calls-to-action, ad copy, and offer structures.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, ROAS, CAC, and LTV using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards, providing weekly reports and adjusting spend allocation.
  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) style campaigns targeting strategic accounts through LinkedIn Ads, intent data, and personalized content journeys.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Familiarity with GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, and UTM tagging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Pardot.
  • Prior experience in the B2B SaaS or IT services industry.
