About the Digital Marketing Specialist Role

Manafa, a prominent financial technology platform specializing in financing and investment, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. As one of Saudi Arabia's pioneering platforms, Manafa connects investors with short-term investment opportunities and provides financing solutions for SMEs. This full-time role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution of marketing initiatives targeting both investors and borrowers. The primary focus will be on driving digital performance, managing campaign execution, providing content support, and handling operational marketing activities to enhance user acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and always-on initiatives.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, with a digital-first approach and exposure to offline activities as needed.
  • Contribute to campaign messaging development, content ideation, and copywriting support.
  • Optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and conversion rates to improve performance.
  • Manage CRM communications, including push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
  • Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide execution and operational support for major marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Product, Tech, and Brand & Communication, to ensure alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong background in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Paid Social, and Retargeting.
  • An execution-focused and operational mindset.
  • The ability to write and support marketing content and campaign messaging.
  • An understanding of full-funnel marketing principles, covering acquisition, activation, and engagement.
  • Comfort working across both online and offline marketing activities.
  • Experience with or a solid understanding of financial products or fintech-related services.
  • The ability to operate effectively within a regulated financial environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with internal Brand & Communication teams, to ensure brand guideline adherence.
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical thinking capabilities.
  • The capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves close collaboration with various internal departments, requiring strong teamwork and communication skills to achieve marketing objectives within the fintech sector.
