This position involves tracking performance, coordinating with sales teams to enhance lead conversion, and supporting various marketing initiatives within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Optimize campaign performance with a focus on improving key metrics and reducing cost per lead (CPL).
• Utilize CRM systems to effectively track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor the customer journey.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams to enhance lead conversion rates and improve overall pipeline efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics 4, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Provide support for project launches and various marketing activities across the company's real estate portfolio.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management and customer journey tracking.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools, including Google Analytics 4.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to achieve shared objectives.
