About the Role

Mena Business Investment Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to developing new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships within the market.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to achieve sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct client engagement and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate company services and value propositions.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and support the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of experience in direct sales or a related field. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, strong communication abilities, and a proven capacity for effective customer engagement.

Compensation and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary range for this role is SAR 7,500 - SAR 11,250, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
