The Role of Director - Development

As the Director - Development, you will hold a central position in guiding complex real estate projects from initial strategy through to final delivery. This full-time role, based in Riyadh Province, specifically Riyadh, requires a leader capable of balancing commercial, operational, and stakeholder priorities while advancing large-scale destination developments within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development strategy for large-scale mixed-use destination projects.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders throughout all development phases.
• Drive contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance for development initiatives.
• Mentor development teams and present project updates to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in development or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex real estate projects from conception to completion.
• Experience in balancing commercial, operational, and stakeholder interests.
