About the Role

Combuzz HR Solutions is seeking a Director – FP&A to join a fast-growing Saudi technology and cyber-security services business. This full-time position, based in Saudi Arabia, offers a salary range of SAR 55,000 – 60,000 and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience. The role is designed to support the company's next phase of growth by providing financial leadership and strategic decision support.

Role Context and Objectives

The company serves large enterprises and critical sectors with a range of managed security, advisory, incident response, OT/IT security, and integration services. The Director – FP&A will be instrumental in leading financial planning, executive reporting, performance management, and strategic decision support. This high-impact role involves close partnership with senior leadership to drive planning, profitability, pricing, cash visibility, and performance discipline within a dynamic and scaling commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes.
  • Translate business strategy into financial plans, targets, and actionable insights.
  • Develop scenario models to assess risks, opportunities, and growth investments.
  • Own executive reporting, monthly business reviews, and leadership dashboards.
  • Provide clear analysis of revenue, margin, costs, cash, and key business performance drivers.
  • Deliver timely variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Support leadership with insight-led recommendations for business performance improvement.
  • Drive profitability analysis across customers, services, business units, and strategic deals.
  • Support pricing decisions, commercial proposals, and investment cases with financial analysis.
  • Partner with sales and business leaders to enhance margin quality and decision-making.
  • Lead cash forecasting and short- to medium-term liquidity planning.
  • Provide visibility into working capital performance and cash conversion.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen cash discipline and forecasting accuracy.
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across growth, margin, utilization, recurring revenue, and cash.
  • Support a performance-driven operating rhythm across the business.
  • Drive accountability for delivery against plan and highlight corrective actions.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to the CFO and executive team.
  • Lead and develop FP&A capability, processes, and reporting standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and finance teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of progressive finance experience, with significant depth in FP&A and business finance.
  • Proven experience in executive reporting, business planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • A strong track record in profitability analysis, pricing support, and cash forecasting.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a growth-oriented, performance-led business.
  • Background in technology, cyber-security, cloud, SaaS, managed services, or related sectors is preferred.
