About the Role

Ant International is seeking a Director of Global Affairs and Strategic Development to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing executive leadership and strategic direction for high-impact projects that support market development and implement enterprise-level strategies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Context and Environment

The successful candidate will report to the Director of Industry Relations and Tech Policy. This role operates within a highly matrixed and cross-functional environment, requiring effective collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders across various disciplines, countries, and cultures. The position is central to supporting Ant International's mission to be an innovative and trusted digital partner driving inclusive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with KSA policymakers, regulators, and industry bodies to build awareness of Ant International's business and its market benefits.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to business units, communicating closely with leaders and internal stakeholders on key initiatives and emerging trends in the KSA.
• Identify, cultivate, and establish strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including government, regulators, ecosystem partners, and industry associations, to advance the company's mission.
• Monitor local and regional policy developments, evaluate their potential impact, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on legislative, regulatory, and industry initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal business teams to identify opportunities and provide recommendations on operationalizing policy and regulatory changes affecting Ant International's operations.
• Act as the project lead for key industry events in the KSA, ensuring effective coordination with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of the KSA's digital economy and fintech landscape, including regional cross-border dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a dynamic, self-starter, and versatile professional.
• Proven experience in strategic leadership and project management.
