Tafaul is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Public Relations to lead its public relations function. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on strengthening client relationships, enhancing brand reputation, and overseeing the development and execution of integrated PR and communications strategies.

The Role

The Public Relations Director will be responsible for leading the public relations team and delivering impactful communication campaigns. The position requires strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in public relations, media relations, corporate communications, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with company and client objectives.
• Lead and manage public relations campaigns, ensuring effective execution and measurable results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee media relations, press releases, media coverage, and corporate announcements.
• Develop crisis communication plans and manage reputational risks.
• Lead the development of corporate communications strategies and messaging.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction across PR projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the public relations team.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with content, creative, digital marketing, and business development teams.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and performance indicators.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance the company’s market presence and reputation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations.
• Demonstrated experience in media relations, corporate communications, and crisis management.
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to lead and develop teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve strategic communication goals.
