About the Role

Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking a Director R&D Site Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of the R&D site in Saudi Arabia, aligning with global CTO technology priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of the KSA R&D site, ensuring alignment with global CTO technology priorities.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on advanced technologies, including AI/ML applications, autonomous robotics, intelligent manufacturing, and Industry solutions.
• Translate emerging technologies and research outcomes into scalable, measurable business-oriented R&D initiatives.
• Build, lead, and cultivate a high-performance local R&D team, fostering an innovative, rigorous, and accountable team culture.
• Operate independently with strong judgment to make strategic decisions under complex and ambiguous business scenarios.
• Act as a senior technical representative to engage with government institutions, universities, research institutes, and industrial partners within the Saudi innovation ecosystem.
• Develop strategic partnerships aligned with technology innovation and digital transformation priorities.
• Serve as the company’s key advocate for AI technology application and industrial promotion in the Middle East market.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage R&D initiatives and teams.
• Strong technical background in advanced technologies such as AI/ML, autonomous robotics, intelligent manufacturing, and Industry *
