Qiddiya is seeking a Director of Strategy for Real Estate to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on development within the Qiddiya Residential Business Unit, aiming to enhance the portfolio's efficiency and ensure products meet the needs of target demographics across various masterplans.

Role Overview

The Director Strategy Real Estate balances strategic thinking with execution at a portfolio level. The role involves leveraging market intelligence to drive strategies and provide recommendations, ensuring alignment with market demands and long-term objectives for residential assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop development strategies for various products within Qiddiya's portfolio, ensuring market alignment.
• Identify interim land-use opportunities specifically for the residential portfolio.
• Analyze real estate market challenges, assess risks for residential asset rollout, and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate multiple products and solutions suitable for the Saudi market, recommending ideal products for each stage based on detailed analysis.
• Support the product innovation workstream through benchmarking activities.
• Collaborate with development, design, and delivery teams to identify opportunities for increased efficiency across Qiddiya's product offerings.
• Manage procurement strategies, including scope definition, assessment, award, and management of consultants.
• Assist in strategic stakeholder management and the identification of strategic partners across various workstreams.
• Prepare presentations for N-1 panels, management, and contribute inputs for Board of Directors presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in either engineering or finance is required. An MBA degree is preferred.
• Extensive management consulting background is essential, with a minimum of 3 years and preferably 6+ years of experience.
• A strong understanding of real estate products, gained through management consulting engagements or direct experience within a firm in the real estate value chain, is highly preferred.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant professional experience to qualify for this role.
