Mace is a delivery partner for this program, seeking experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout the project phases.

The Role: Document Controller

The Document Controller delivers information management for client projects and programs, ensuring that documents, data, and project artifacts meet required standards. This role supports successful digital delivery by applying defined strategies, processes, and ISO 19650 principles, while developing knowledge of how information is produced, assured, and managed to unlock project value.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, and responsible delivery across every project.
• Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice, and unlock potential across Mace.
• Follow IM processes and ISO 19650 standards to support consistent, efficient project delivery.
• Enable teams to access trusted information through effective IM practices and guidance.
• Assure documents and artifacts are complete, accurate, and stored correctly.
• Support CDE delivery, knowledge sharing, and net zero carbon outcomes.

• Create Opportunity: Manage design and wider consultant teams collaboratively to ensure effective completion of responsibilities. Lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).

Work Environment
