( Door and Kitchen Installation Coordinator )

About the Role

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is seeking a Door and Kitchen Installation Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing and organizing the installation processes for doors and kitchens, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in installation or project coordination.

Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of this position is to monitor and organize the installation of doors and kitchens. This includes coordinating between installation teams, clients, and relevant departments to ensure that all work is executed within specified timelines and meets the required quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor installation schedules and ensure work is completed according to set deadlines.
• Coordinate with installation teams and clients to schedule visits and installations.
• Track the status of each project from order readiness through installation and handover.
• Liaise with Sales, Survey, Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service departments.
• Verify site and material readiness before dispatching installation teams.
• Oversee installation work, ensuring all observations are addressed and re-installations are performed if necessary.
• Receive and follow up on client complaints and feedback related to installations.
• Monitor delays, escalate obstacles to management, and work towards resolutions.
• Continuously update project and order statuses within the system.
• Prepare periodic reports on completion rates, delayed installations, and open observations.
• Monitor installation teams to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate final handovers and project closures after all observations have been resolved.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in installation or project coordination.
• Experience in doors, kitchens, or finishing works is preferred.
• Strong skills in monitoring, coordination, and schedule organization.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and work teams, and to resolve issues.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/Odoo systems.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
• Prior experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
