About the E-Commerce Cooperative Trainee Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating with customers via email, phone, or social media to address inquiries and concerns.

• Assist in creating product descriptions and selecting images to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and promotion of sales events to increase revenue.
• Assist in informing customers about new products and services offered by the company.
• Support the preparation of email campaigns to promote specific products or services to targeted customer groups.
• Assist in monitoring website analytics and identifying opportunities to improve the company's online presence.
• Support the updating and reviewing of product prices across various online sales channels, including e-commerce websites and mobile applications.
• Assist in monitoring product inventory levels and coordinating with relevant teams regarding stock availability.
• Support the coordination of shipping, delivery, and returns-related activities.
• Assist in preparing marketing campaigns and promotional content for online platforms.
