E commerce Store Manager

About the Role

Kafu (Salla) is seeking an E-commerce Store Manager to oversee the full scope of its online store operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and focuses on optimizing commercial and operational performance to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce store. This includes effective product and order management, inventory coordination, performance monitoring, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring readiness, data accuracy, and business continuity.
• Optimize the customer journey and address issues impacting the shopping experience and satisfaction.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, promotions, and ensure product information accuracy.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities to improve revenue and conversion rates.
• Monitor product availability, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and coordinate with shipping and delivery teams.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions, measuring their impact on sales and store performance.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, best-selling products, conversion rates, and overall store performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements to increase efficiency and support sustainable store growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing or operating e-commerce stores.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product management, order fulfillment, and inventory coordination.
• Experience monitoring sales, analyzing data, and tracking key performance indicators.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.

• A hands-on approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve store objectives.
