About the Role
The ideal candidate must already have direct experience and strong working relationships with platform teams and account managers. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage and grow online sales across all assigned platforms
  • Handle direct communication with platform account managers
  • Secure visibility, promotions, banners, and growth opportunities
  • Monitor pricing, stock availability, and product listings
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfillment and availability
  • Track performance and identify sales growth opportunities
  • Support commercial negotiations and promotional planning

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of FMCG online sales / marketplace experience
  • Proven experience managing accounts on HungerStation, Noon, Ninja, Amazon, Keeta, or similar platforms
  • Existing relationships with platform teams is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of quick commerce and marketplace operations
  • Experience handling promotions, campaigns, and platform visibility
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
  • Eligible for Tamheer Program.
