The Role of Ecommerce Manager

Baazeem Trading Company is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and expand its online sales operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving growth across key eCommerce and Quick Commerce platforms. The role involves managing platform relationships, developing commercial strategies, and ensuring effective execution across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Manage key eCommerce and Quick Commerce platforms, including Amazon, Noon, HungerStation, Ninja, Keeta, and other relevant online channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and key account teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, promotions, pricing, visibility, and assortment plans.
• Develop promotional calendars and identify opportunities to increase online visibility and conversion.
• Monitor sales performance, product availability, stock levels, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Analyze channel and account performance and develop action plans to improve sales, profitability, and market share.
• Identify new online business opportunities and potential platforms to expand the company’s eCommerce presence.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Category, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure effective execution and product availability.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in eCommerce management. The position requires a professional who can effectively drive online sales growth and manage complex relationships with various online platforms.
