About the Role

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an EEMEA Marketing Manager TMTT to join the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The TMTT unit focuses on developing innovative technologies to address unmet clinical needs for patients with mitral and tricuspid heart valve disease, aiming to help them live longer, healthier lives.

Role Overview and Context

The EEMEA Marketing Manager TMTT will drive regional product launches, therapy development initiatives, and commercialization activities for Edwards' TMTT portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with field clinical specialists, professional education teams, global portfolio marketing, regulatory affairs, business partners, and other cross-functional teams. Success in this position requires agility, entrepreneurial thinking, cultural intelligence, and the ability to operate effectively in early-stage, fast-evolving markets within a complex structural heart environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy and local market maturity.
  • Adapt global strategies to capture opportunities and address access, reimbursement, and adoption barriers.
  • Drive market and therapy development initiatives in emerging and early-adoption countries, including education, awareness, care-pathway development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyze market, clinical, and competitive data to prioritize countries and guide portfolio and investment decisions.
  • Lead major product launches from pre-launch readiness to full commercialization.
  • Develop comprehensive launch strategies, messaging, and tactical plans as part of the regional portfolio marketing approach, adapted to local regulatory, clinical, and commercial realities.
  • Ensure Salesforce readiness, including value messaging, competitive positioning, and launch tools.
  • Develop the regional clinical and value narrative supporting product adoption in complex healthcare systems.
  • Tailor regional portfolio marketing materials, programs, and campaigns supporting product launches and ongoing commercialization.
  • Drive portfolio marketing collateral and patient materials through all required legal, regulatory, and compliance approval processes.
  • Lead major projects related to Congress Management, ensuring strong regional presence and alignment with portfolio marketing strategic priorities.
  • Manage regional portfolio marketing budgets related to product lines, campaigns, and projects.
  • Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Monitor performance and adjust portfolio marketing plans dynamically based on market feedback and results.
  • Understand the basics of P&L management.
  • Work in close collaboration and alignment with the Professional Education team to ensure effective and safe use of Edwards’ products.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to inform portfolio marketing launch strategy, clinical positioning, and market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with clinicians, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders to understand adoption drivers and barriers.
  • Partner with regional sales, clinical specialists, governmental affairs, health economics, and training teams to ensure aligned portfolio marketing execution.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant marketing or commercialization capacity, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry. The position requires demonstrated agility, entrepreneurial thinking, and cultural intelligence, particularly in navigating early-stage, fast-evolving markets within a complex structural heart environment.
