Role Overview: Electrical Design Engineer

AMAQ Interiors is looking to onboard Electrical Design Engineers with a specialization in fit-out projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires candidates to be available for immediate joining. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the GCC region is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and producing electrical designs for interior fit-out projects.
• Conducting load calculations and LUX calculations.
• Developing lighting layouts, power layouts, and single-line diagrams.
• Designing low-current systems.
• Coordinating effectively with Architectural, MEP, and BIM teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and Design & Build projects within the GCC region, specifically in office and retail environments.
• Mandatory strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Preference for experience with Autodesk, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC), LEED, and Civil Defense requirements.
• Must possess a transferable residency permit if applicable.
