About the Role

TK Elevator is seeking an Elevator Product Costing and pricing Controller to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and developing product costing and pricing strategies for our elevator product portfolio, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic alignment.

Core Responsibilities

The Elevator Product Costing and pricing Controller will lead critical financial processes related to product costs, pricing, and variance analysis. This role involves significant collaboration with internal finance and functional teams to ensure robust financial control and accurate data management within SAP.

Product Costing and Pricing Development

• Build strong collaborations with legacy factory finance teams to understand the offering scope for all standard product models, configurations, specifications, and options.
• Analyze the corresponding component structure, including sub-system level for CSC operations and material level for future manufacturing operations.
• Lead the development of total product costs by collecting and reviewing end-to-end total landed product cost data with JV functional teams.
• Verify product cost updates in SAP as part of master data management, performing these tasks during the annual budgeting cycle or for specific business needs such as new product introductions or product changes.
• Lead product pricing development by allocating and incorporating other PCC cost elements, including overhead, SG&A, depreciations, and warranty, to establish the PCC Entity Full Manufacturing Cost.
• Monitor the margin strategy for the PCC Entity and ensure that TP2 pricing logic is properly maintained within the Sales Configurator.

Variance Analysis and Control

• Lead variance analysis between standard and actual product costing, as well as between standard price lists and actual prices.
• Drive cause analysis and develop action plans to mitigate variances, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Focus analysis on standard product models, configurations, specifications, and options scoped by automatic pricing and OBOM configurations.
• Lead the setup of logic for non-standard specifications required by sales projects during the offer-to-order and order-to-delivery processes.
• Ensure the proper implementation of non-standard costing and pricing logic by cross-functional teams.

Reporting and Collaboration

• Develop and run relevant financial reports throughout the annual budgeting cycle.
• Provide month-over-month reporting for product cost movement, pricing, and margin status on turned-over projects.

Candidate Profile

• A strong background in manufacturing operations is required.
• Demonstrated experience in product costing and operational finance within the machinery industry.
• Experience in the elevator industry is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
