Role Overview

Riyadh Cables Group is seeking an Employee Relations Section Head to lead and oversee all employee relations activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for ensuring effective employee support, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a positive work environment. The role involves managing employee relations operations, adhering to Saudi Labor Law and company policies, and driving continuous improvement in employee relations processes in alignment with the Group's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily Employee Relations activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise employee grievances, disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, government regulations, and internal HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee-related cases, ensuring appropriate handling, documentation, and resolution.
• Oversee employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Lead and develop the Employee Relations team to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for monitoring and managing employee-related transactions and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to address employee concerns and enhance HR service delivery.
• Support HR initiatives, organizational changes, and continuous improvement projects.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in Employee Relations or a related HR field.
