Engineer Electrician

About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking an Engineer - Electrician to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on maintaining the physical safety and functionality of the hotel property, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas, to ensure physical functionality and safety.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests and team member work orders.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across different areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Document all completed inspections and repairs, flagging any issues that require further attention.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Demonstrate expertise in the repair and maintenance of VRF HVAC systems.
• Maintain mechanical plant equipment and conduct daily inspections.
• Monitor and control property temperature.
• Monitor and analyze energy and utility consumption.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and wiring.
• Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems, fittings, valves, and related components.
• Troubleshoot and repair water leaks, drainage systems, water supply systems, and other plumbing issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical power supply systems, control panels, relays, and electric water heaters.
