About the Role

Al-Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking an Engineer II Production Operations to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting daily production operations for asphalt plants, crushers, and related facilities, ensuring adherence to production plans, equipment usage, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to provide essential support for production operations, focusing on meeting targets and maintaining operational efficiency. The Engineer II will contribute to the smooth execution of daily activities and coordinate with various teams to ensure continuous workflow and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of daily asphalt, crusher, and concrete plant operations in line with approved plans and schedules.
• Monitor plant performance, material consumption, and production data through routine checks to maintain efficiency.
• Coordinate production schedules with the Production Manager and Mining Engineer to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance activities during breakdowns and shutdowns to minimize downtime.
• Support product quality by adhering to process parameters and coordinating with the quality assurance team.
• Prepare and submit daily and shift production reports using available production data.
• Support plant operators and helpers during shift operations to maintain workflow.

Compliance and Safety

• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and foster a productive work environment.
• Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect employees and company assets.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in production operations, preferably within asphalt, crusher, or concrete plant environments.
