About the Role

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing is seeking an Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on providing architectural support for large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems.

Role Purpose and Context

The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for supporting the strategic development and implementation of digital marketing solutions within large enterprises. This involves a deep understanding of the end-to-end digital marketing journey and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust architectural designs. The role requires a consultative approach to guide organizations through digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions

• Support and enhance large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems.
• Diagnose existing architectural challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and present future state architectures that align with strategic objectives.
• Communicate complex technical and strategic concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including technical teams, marketing stakeholders, and C-Suite executives.
• Provide consultative guidance on the integration and optimization of digital marketing platforms and technologies.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a consultative role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems, either as an Architect, Principal Consultant, or a Marketing/Technical leader.
• Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, encompassing Adtech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights.
• Significant hands-on experience utilizing enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft, with a focus on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security, and Data Ingress/Egress.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas into compelling narratives for technical, marketing, and C-Suite audiences, supporting recommendations or points of view.
• Proficiency in quickly assessing challenges and opportunities to formulate future state architectural designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with particular expertise in using PowerPoint and Lucid Chart/Visio for presentations and documentation.

Advantageous Skills and Certifications

• One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Target, or Workfront.
• Recent experience in developing enterprise-level, return on investment (ROI) focused Business Cases for technology transformations.
• Hands-on experience in architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter, or React-Native mobile applications.
• Experience in managing a revenue-focused Book of Business, including sales pipeline management via Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics, scope/contract review, and Value Realization measurement.
• Familiarity with and practical usage of generative AI solutions.
