About the Role

LotFair is seeking an EPM Developer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site position focuses on designing, building, and maintaining Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that support financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to enhance organizational performance through streamlined processes and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions.
• Support business analysis, solution design, implementation, and testing activities for EPM projects.
• Develop and maintain planning, reporting, and analytics applications, with a focus on the Board platform.
• Participate in client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, presentations, and project deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of best practices within the EPM domain.
• Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer activities related to EPM solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, EPM, BI, analytics, or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SQL, Power BI, databases, and data analysis concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Strong teamwork, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to platforms such as Board, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
• Experience in the Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, or Planning domains.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Internship or project experience in consulting or enterprise solutions.
