Hotspot is seeking an Event Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, hands-on project management position designed for a professional who can translate creative concepts into seamless, high-quality executions. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in relevant fields and involves managing projects from initial client brief through to successful on-ground delivery.

Role Overview

The Event Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with technical teams, suppliers, venues, and clients to ensure project success. Hotspot's work encompasses a broad range of solutions, including LED screens, AV solutions, lighting, sound systems, stage effects, fixed installations, smart displays, and interactive brand activations. This position extends beyond conventional event planning to cover diverse technical and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and thoroughly understand client requirements for each project.
• Prepare comprehensive project timelines and detailed execution plans.
• Coordinate effectively with technical teams, external suppliers, and various venues.
• Manage all aspects related to installation, operation, and dismantling requirements.
• Follow up on site readiness, safety protocols, and logistical arrangements.
• Ensure every project is delivered professionally and within established timelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients before, during, and after project execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in events, activations, AV, production, exhibitions, or technical project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage pressure effectively during live project executions.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence for project management and execution.
