About the Executive Sales Role
Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. The role focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional guest service within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Address guest calls, requests, and issues by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
- Employ sales techniques to maximize revenue while fostering guest loyalty, including up-selling.
- Determine and issue complimentary services or gifts to guests as a token of patronage.
- Promote the brand image both internally and externally.
- Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
- Manage all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
- Input Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing operations.
Team and Guest Engagement
- Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs with genuine appreciation.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Support team efforts to achieve common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Professional Conduct and Operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Physical Requirements
The role involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. A professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this role.
