About the Role

PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor SARK to join a premium dining concept in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a hospitality professional with strong operational skills and a commitment to guest service. The role involves supporting the restaurant management team in overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth and high-quality dining experience.

Role Overview

As an F&B Supervisor, you will maintain an active presence on the floor, supervising the service team and providing support during peak periods. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that service and hospitality standards are consistently met. This role is suitable for individuals ready to advance their career in hospitality management within an upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead and support the service team throughout each shift.
• Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure attentive and professional guest service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and assist in resolving concerns promptly.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, communicating daily priorities, reservations, and special requirements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and restaurant management team for efficient service.
• Ensure restaurant setup, cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are maintained.
• Support the training, coaching, and onboarding of team members.
• Monitor employee grooming, presentation, and adherence to company standards.
• Assist with seating, guest flow, and table coordination during busy service periods.
• Support stock control, inventory, and proper handling of restaurant equipment.
• Encourage upselling and support the team in achieving revenue objectives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Team Leader, or a similar position.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in upscale, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Previous experience supervising and supporting a front-of-house team.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and a strong hospitality mindset.
• Previous international or GCC experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
