Role Summary

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities for various facility systems. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, identify maintenance requirements, and prioritize work orders based on urgency and operational needs.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, allocate tasks, and ensure work adheres to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure work delivery according to agreed specifications, schedules, and safety requirements.
• Monitor the condition and performance of facility equipment, recommending necessary repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Oversee the maintenance of fire protection and emergency systems through qualified service providers.
• Prepare maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures, and evaluate quotations, spare parts, and resource requirements.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, equipment records, service reports, and work order documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and equipment isolation protocols.
• Support facility renovation, installation, and improvement projects.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for energy and water efficiency improvements.
• Prepare periodic reports on maintenance performance, system downtime, outstanding issues, and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in facility maintenance.
