Role Overview

The F&B Service Expert plays a central role in creating memorable guest experiences through food and beverage service. This position requires taking initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services, ensuring guests enjoy their meals in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables according to established standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact with and serve guests in a professional manner.
• Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a safe workplace.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards for service and presentation.
• Ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Manage menu information, including reading and visually verifying details.

Physical Demands of the Role

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as required.
• Engage in hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
