About the Role
W Hotels is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service in food and beverage operations. The F&B Service Expert will be responsible for ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience and the overall ambiance, contributing to a welcoming and engaging environment aligned with W Hotels' brand philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of services to ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
- Prepare tables for guest service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to support smooth operations.
- Interact with and serve guests in a professional and engaging manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
- Contribute to a safe workplace for all associates.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold high-quality standards in all service aspects.
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A high school diploma or *** equivalent is preferred.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is necessary for this role.
- No specific licenses or certifications are currently required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is a full-time, non-management position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. It may involve moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Responsibilities include reading and visually verifying menu information, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also part of the physical demands.
