The Role of F&B Waiter

The F&B Waiter at Fairmont Ramla Riyadh plays a key role in enhancing the dining experience for restaurant patrons. This full-time position involves taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will demonstrate endurance, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present menus.
• Accurately take meal and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Provide menu recommendations and inform patrons of daily specials.
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables or rooms promptly.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
• Prepare bills for tables or rooms upon request.
• Process payments, ensuring correct amounts are received and change is administered.
• Maintain professional composure when handling difficult customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated endurance for standing and walking for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to maintain flexible work hours to accommodate varying restaurant demands.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for positive guest interactions.
• Good coordination skills for carrying plates or trays.
• This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
