About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Waiter (Saudi Only) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on delivering a memorable and unique experience for guests, ensuring smooth food and beverage operations. The role involves providing comprehensive support to guest services, contributing to an efficient and high-quality dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that ensure smooth food and beverage operations.
• Set tables according to established standards.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Clean work areas and replenish supplies to maintain operational readiness.
• Provide support that enhances the guest experience during transactions.

• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This role requires physical activity and mobility to effectively perform duties. Candidates must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. The position involves managing menus, which includes reading and visually verifying information. A hands-on approach is essential, requiring the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also required. Performing these tasks diligently, along with other reasonable job duties, is critical for success in this role.
