Field Application Specialist (Clinical Diagnostics)

About the Role

Bio-Rad is seeking a Field Application Specialist (Clinical Diagnostics) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving successful sales results for Quality Control products and informatics solutions within the assigned application area. The specialist will apply scientific expertise to generate new business opportunities and provide essential field application support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply scientific expertise in field sales activities to generate new business opportunities through meetings, demonstrations, seminars, webinars, and training sessions.
• Provide field application support for customers utilizing installed instruments, collaborating with Technical Support, Service, and the Sales Team.
• Plan, perform, and follow up on sales activities to ensure high-value customers and market segments are targeted and engaged.
• Focus on Key Opinion Leaders and Key Decision Makers at strategically important customer accounts.
• Actively maintain an expert understanding of the technology and applications within the area of responsibility, including sharing knowledge and training the sales team.
• Maintain basic knowledge about the full product portfolio to identify new sales opportunities.
