Role Purpose and Scope

The Field Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive inspection, testing, and maintenance of critical fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems, as well as life safety equipment. This role ensures that all systems comply with applicable Saudi Arabian safety regulations and international fire safety standards, while providing essential technical support and clear communication to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of life safety equipment, including emergency lighting and exit signage systems.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal system performance.
• Document all inspection findings, maintenance activities, and test results in detailed reports.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable Saudi Arabian safety regulations and international fire safety standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate field visits to meet client requirements and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment service history and compliance documentation.
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide technical guidance to clients.
• Stay current with industry standards, codes, and best practices in fire and life safety.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery and customer satisfaction.
