About the Program

Caterpillar Inc. is offering a Field Representative Development Program in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time program is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience and serves as an entry point into a field-based career at Caterpillar. The program duration is 1 to 2 years, providing hands-on experience and training in collaboration with Cat® Dealers to serve customers globally. The start date for the program is February 1st, 2027.

Program Structure and Activities

The program begins with a three-month immersive cohort training, followed by 12-24 months of rotational assignments. Participants will engage in various activities to develop their skills and understanding of the business.

• Travel across the Europe, Africa, Middle-East, and Central Asia region to visit Caterpillar offices, Cat® Dealers, and customer sites.
• Gain insight into Caterpillar products, services, and industry strategies.
• Develop communication and leadership skills.

Career Opportunities Post-Program

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be prepared for field-based roles supporting Cat Dealers and customers. An example of such a role is the Marketing and Sales Operations Representative.

Recruitment Process

• HR Motivational Video Interview: An online interview via Microsoft Teams to understand the candidate's background, mindset, motivation, and passion.
• Business Interview (Targeted Selection Methodology): A structured behavioral interview with business leaders, focusing on examples of skills demonstrated.
• Business Acumen Interview: A conversation designed to assess real-time critical thinking, prioritization, analysis, and decision-making through on-the-spot business case questions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, primarily onsite five days a week in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves domestic and international travel throughout the program, with varying travel requirements based on program and assignment needs. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.
