About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Finance Manager (Pre Opening) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing all financial operations for the hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals to optimize profitability and efficiency. The role is critical in establishing financial frameworks and processes during the pre-opening phase, contributing to the successful launch and ongoing financial health of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy by overseeing all financial operations across the hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, directing the preparation of annual plans, projections, and budgets, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Advise leadership and key stakeholders, acting as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, General Managers, Owners, and Asset Managers, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with internal stakeholders including Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Shared Service Centres, and Regional Operations Finance.
• Ensure financial compliance by upholding adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hotel policies, safeguarding hotel assets through strong financial controls while performing all finance activities within the policy, regulatory, and contractual framework.
• Optimize financial reporting by overseeing systems and processes to drive accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial reporting.
• Monitor and approve financial transactions, including hotel sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses, to maintain fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant finance management position, preferably within the hospitality sector or a similar fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of financial operations, strategic planning, and compliance is essential.
