About the Opportunity

LNKD is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers an opportunity to provide financial leadership and contribute significantly to accounting strategies within an SME environment. The position encompasses both strategic oversight and hands-on operational management.

Role Purpose and Scope

As an integral part of the finance and accounting team, the Finance Manager will hold complete responsibility for the finance, accounting, auditing, reporting, legal, and HR functions. A primary focus of this role is to ensure continuous compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, supporting the overall operational integrity of the company.

Core Financial Management Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain all accounting-related documents and oversee all financial transactions.
  • Manage overall company finances, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and banking operations.
  • Handle comprehensive accounts receivable processes, including overdue management, customer follow-up, and collections for delinquent accounts.
  • Manage corporate banking accounts, including entries, upkeep, payments, checks, remittances, liaison with banks, KYC completion, and negotiation.
  • Prepare and reconcile quarterly VAT returns, monthly excise returns, and submit UBO and ESR if applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with local reporting requirements for ZATCA, Ministry of Finance, E-invoicing, and Labor departments.
  • Actively participate in periodic local executive management meetings.
  • Evaluate and establish workflows and internal controls for Finance and Personnel Structure, ensuring alignment with current regulations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for headquarters on all finance-related topics, owning weekly and monthly reporting and preparing analyses (MIS, cashflow, etc.).
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to the CEO/Group FC as required.
  • Coordinate with the CEO/Group FC on the Finance Department's financial reporting, budget, and long-range planning (LRP) strategy.
  • Ensure yearly audit compliances are met.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance periodic reporting quality and relevance for business analytics.
  • Assist the CEO with budgeting processes (sales, cost, HR, payroll) and conduct annual budgeting and forecasts.
  • Provide close assistance to the CEO in balancing the P&L according to overall strategy and participate in financial model simulations, offering advice.
  • Perform inventory/stock valuation and reconciliation.
  • Manage group reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and monthly headquarters submissions.

Administrative and Human Resources Oversight

  • Oversee all HR tasks in coordination with the PRO, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, administration, disputes, contracts, and Saudization initiatives.
  • Monitor all company contractual obligations such as rentals, leases, insurance policies, and annual maintenance contracts.
  • Prepare and execute the monthly payroll.
  • Implement Human Resource Management policies as directed by the CEO.
  • Collect, evaluate, capture, and reimburse all staff expense returns in accordance with local policies.
  • Monitor staff development progress based on CEO plans and actively participate in training and refreshing courses.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within an SME environment. A strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, internal controls, and HR administration is essential for success in this position.
