Finance & Supply Chain Head

About the Role

Archteam is seeking a Finance & Supply Chain Head to oversee the company's finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing partner management, warehousing, inventory control, and logistics operations. This full-time leadership position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires over 10 years of experience. The role is critical for ensuring efficient financial management, strong internal controls, reliable product supply, optimized inventory levels, and cost-effective operations, supporting the growth of the Ladeena brand across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance & Supply Chain Head will be responsible for leading and managing various critical functions, including:

• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing monthly management accounts, and KPI reporting.
• Managing cash flow, working capital, and monitoring profitability by channel and product category.
• Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury activities, annual audits, and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and IFRS.
• Managing procurement of packaging, raw materials, finished goods, marketing materials, and services, including negotiating commercial agreements and improving payment terms.
• Developing supplier scorecards, implementing procurement controls, and managing relationships with contract manufacturers, OEMs, and ODM partners.
• Coordinating production planning and replenishment, monitoring manufacturing KPIs, service levels, quality, and costs.
• Developing demand planning and inventory forecasting processes, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and reducing stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Managing warehouse operations and third-party logistics providers, ensuring inventory accuracy, and improving order fulfillment performance.
• Optimizing transportation and delivery costs, ensuring accurate and timely customer order fulfillment, and monitoring logistics provider performance.
• Improving ERP and reporting systems, implementing operational KPIs and dashboards, and driving automation and process efficiency initiatives.

Leadership and Team Management

This role involves direct leadership of finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics personnel. Responsibilities include developing performance objectives, establishing accountability frameworks, and supporting recruitment and capability building as the company expands.

Operational Efficiency and Growth Support

The Finance & Supply Chain Head will play a hands-on leadership role in building robust processes, managing external partners, and driving operational efficiency. This includes supporting new product launches, negotiating manufacturing costs, and developing backup supplier and manufacturing strategies to mitigate risk.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, procurement, supply chain, or related operational leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build processes, manage external partners, and drive operational efficiency.
• Experience in a fast-growing consumer goods company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial management, internal controls, and supply chain best practices.
