We are seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

Role within CFO & Enterprise Value

As a Manager within Accenture Strategy & Consulting, specifically within the CFO and Enterprise Value practice, this role involves acting as a trusted partner to business leaders. You will collaborate with diverse teams of experts to deliver successful technology-enabled transformations and create new forms of value for clients. This position supports clients in their reinvention efforts to increase resilience, mitigate risk, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in achieving their strategic and operational goals by introducing efficient ways of working, enhancing processes, and refining operating models.
• Address complex client business challenges by applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, including business case development, and making decisions with limited management oversight.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, demonstrate agile design principles to clients, and co-develop and secure innovative solutions in an agile manner.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients during engagements, ensuring business requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Contribute to business development activities, including identifying opportunities and developing and presenting proposals.
• Support the development of CFO&EV practice capabilities, such as developing offerings, assets, and relevant thought leadership, and engaging with wider CFO&EV and other teams across Accenture.
• Lead and inspire high-performing multidisciplinary teams by setting an example, actively mentoring team members, and contributing to performance management.
• Continuously learn new skills and enhance your skill set to contribute to the growth of CFO&EV as well as the wider Accenture organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.
• No prior experience required.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
