We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee our finance operations, ensuring strong financial control and compliance with our business objectives. As part of our team, you will manage cash flow, credit risk, and drive process improvements in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance operations and ensure alignment with company objectives and budgets.
• Perform credit risk analysis and manage cash flow to meet operational needs.
• Lead initiatives to optimize financial processes, particularly in accounts payable and payments.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and conducting variance analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks for compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 3 years in an operational finance role.
• Experience in leading a team of 5 or more staff.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Education: Bachelors in Accounting or Business Administration.

Job Purpose:
Support the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and monitoring of alternative investment opportunities across private equity, venture capital, private credit, secondaries, and other private market strategies. The role requires strong analytical rigor, investment judgment, and the ability to independently run workstreams from initial screening through IC recommendation and post-investment monitoring. The Candidate will also have the opportunity to work on select public markets streams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and investment research to support investment analysis, portfolio construction, and decision-making across public equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
• Support the investment team throughout the sourcing, due diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities across various asset classes, including funds and co-investment structures.
• Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses to support the assessment of new and existing investments, including IPOs, direct equity investments, and co-investments.
• Assist in monitoring portfolio performance by contributing to performance reporting and portfolio-level risk analysis across asset classes.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, investment materials, and reports for senior management and investment-related committees.
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, tools, and analytical frameworks to improve efficiency and investment decision-making.
• Support additional investment-related initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics or any related field.
• From 0 to 4 Years of experience.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Role Overview
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in one or more core finance processes, delivering activities for PwC customers. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, tackling complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Ensure accuracy in financial statements, manage monthly financial records, assist with A/P issues, review and process invoices, resolve vendor queries, enforce internal compliance policies, and conduct daily internal audits.
• Order To Cash: Manage cash reconciliations, follow up on credit card settlements, solve customer disputes, and handle collection calls.

What You’ll Bring

• 3-6 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, ideally in the Middle East.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Management/Administration, or equivalent; relevant certifications like ACA, ACCA are advantageous.
• Proficient in finance/accounting processes and ERP systems (*, SAP).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time within KSA.
